We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join our team at Concrete Jungle Cafe, located in the heart of Sydney's bustling urban landscape. As a bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for our patrons, and providing them with exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, following standard recipes and pouring techniques

Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, and process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including responsible service of alcohol (RSA) guidelines

Collaborate with other team members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operations and timely service

Provide recommendations and information about our menu offerings, and assist with taking orders when needed

Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new cocktail trends and techniques

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting

Sound knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele

Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system accurately

Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

Knowledge of RSA guidelines and ability to comply with legal drinking age regulations

Availability to work on Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm to 9pm, with flexibility for additional shifts as needed

Must be legally eligible to work in Sydney, Australia

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-10 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
