**Your new role**
The Financial Reporting Manager will lead and manage the financial reporting function, ensuring all statutory obligations are met and providing technical accounting support to the business. Duties include:

- Group reporting including month and year end reporting, appendix 4D/E and annual reports
- Audit committee reporting and leading audit process
- Providing technical support to the business
- Ensuring a focus on continuous improvement

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in the Big 4 or mid-tier and ideally with commercial experience (however first movers are encouraged to apply). Experience working with or for ASX listed businesses is a distinct advantage as is knowledge and exposure to AASB standards, particularly AASB16. Of course you will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as advanced Microsoft Office experience.
