Our Finance & Commercial Team consists of Financial Reporting Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Risk and Procurement. As trusted Business Partners, we support all Teams across THE ICONIC to execute the business strategy, drive growth and shareholder value, minimise risk, and enable THE ICONIC to continue to deliver a seamless and inspiring experience to our customers. **What you'll do** The **Financial Reporting Manager** will lead our financial reporting function. This pivotal role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of financial information and drives process improvements across the Finance function. This role will have a strong background in audit and compliance, with the ability to partner with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals and inspire a high-performing team. **How You'll Succeed** - Oversee and manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial deliverables. - Maintain the general ledger and perform balance sheet reconciliations. - Facilitate external audits and uphold the financial control framework. - Deliver financial and management reports to THE ICONIC and GFG. - Develop and oversee plans to address key audit risks while maintaining a strong control environment. - Drive enhancements across Finance policies, practices, and ERP systems. - Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews to build a high-performing Finance team. - Collaborate with business departments to align financial reporting outputs with underlying business activities. - Engage cross-functionally with stakeholders to implement process improvements and scalability initiatives. **What it takes** - CA/CPA credentials with technical accounting expertise and commercial awareness. - Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Effective stakeholder management with a focus on collaboration and outcomes. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. **Life at THE ICONIC** From our ways of working to our growth mindset and sustainable approach, we each add unique value and have an incredible amount of fun doing it People are our greatest asset and our ICONITE experience is designed to empower you to do your best work.
