Galserv has provided Hot-Dip Galvanising services in Sydney since 1963 and is currently one of the largest Hot-Dip Galvanisers in Australia and a founding member of the Galvanizers Association of Australia.

**Our Opportunity**

GALSERV’s Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the timely processing of incoming goods. The role will provide a range of administrative and customer service-centric duties to ensure the successful of GALSERV’s customers. This is a full-time permanent position based in Yagoona, NSW.

Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Operation of overhead crane or forklift to assist with the loading and unloading of customer orders.
- Create job cards, maintain customer purchase orders and tag customer materials.
- Document all jobs for identification with digital photos and conduct regular checks on all customer orders to ensure orders are in suitable condition and correct.

**The Right Person**
- Valid and current Forklift license with minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a forklift.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-centric position that required regular communication with external stakeholders.
- Other relevant Certificates such as dogging, logistics, warehousing or similar would also be highly advantageous.
