**About the role**

Grampians Health Ballarat's Radiology is a 'state of the art' department that performs approximately 10,000 exams per month across a wide range of diagnostic and interventional radiological procedures, including MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, Fluoroscopy and General X-ray.

You will efficiently perform all duties relating to Customer Service, including Reception, Phones, liaise with Doctors and other health professionals and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Efficiently perform all duties relating to Customer Service.
- Liaise with reporting Doctors and other health professionals.
- Prepare patient documentation for reporting within COMRAD.
- Maintain the confidentiality of correspondence, documents, discussions and telephone calls

**Skills and experience**
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, along with a history of administrative excellence
- Experience with Hospital based computer systems, including knowledge of COMRAD would be advantageous
- High attention to detail in all areas of written and verbal communication
- Data entry and Microsoft Office knowledge

**How to apply**
