Your role will include the following responsibilities:

- Coordinate with Business, Implementation and Project Management Partners.
- Strategize and plan Testing, Create test strategy;
- Scoping of Testing phases
- Coordinate Test Script creation / SOP Review;
- Upload Test Scripts in Jira for Testing Analysis, register test defect and post go-live issues.
- Schedule call with varied stakeholder to share planned activities, completion status and highlight upcoming activities and mitigation of risk if identified
- Lead to understand end to end processes to identify testing series and processes for SOP creation;
You should have the following skills and experience:

- 7 to 10 years of working experience in Functional QA domain.
- understanding of the product and processes in Corporate and Investment Banking
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology
- Expertise on Functional ,GUI Testing, System Testing, back end testing and Regression Testing.
- Accountability & Ownership of his work is a must.
- Strong team player
- Strong Analytical skills with solution oriented mind-set.
- Should be able to work in a small team size with 100% accountability for their deliverables.
- Must possess analytical capability and be able to think/design test cases
- Experience with testing tools for testing and testing support including SharePoint, JIRA, Quality Center ALM, Top Team.
- Experience with all phases of Software Development Lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
- Should understand the role of various Test phases in project life cycle.
- Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and promote process improvements as needed/ supported by team.

**Salary**: $84,721.66 - $167,978.22 per year
