About the role
Working with an incredible brand which is disruptive in the market - this is a position which will intellectually stimulate you. The National Sales Execution Manager is responsible for driving excellence in availability, distribution and display. The role will develop and set specific targets for retail execution including availability, display execution, field agency management and KPIs in our key retail partners Woolworths, Coles, Independents and P&C. Your responsibilities will include:
Co-ordinate targets and plans across Customer leads to ensure effective implementation of our activation plans and identify and implement strategies to grow our distribution and sales across channels.
Support the development of NPD via customer led solutions generated through meetings and ideation sessions with key accounts (both current and potential new customers) in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Drive penetration and growth of SunRice portfolio in current and new customers.
Ensuring SunRice has adequate stock availability during key selling periods and major events
Driving accountability and performance culture across our 3rd party field providers
Gain new line distribution in line with national expectation and speed to market
About You
You have a Tertiary qualifications in Business or related discipline, a natural problem solver you enjoy digging into problem and finding out how big an opportunity could be. You also have:
Detailed understanding of the ANZ marketplace and the key customers.
Demonstrated track record of sales success and growing customer base through acquisition of new customers/business, and the ability to identify new product opportunities and bring these to market.
Exceptional communication skills, you are experienced in driving results with a team, are process oriented and thrice working in an environment of continuous improvement
Ideally you have experience within FMCG
