**Our Opportunity**
NEPEAN Transport currently has an excellent opportunity, we are seeking an experienced Assembler to join our team based in Narellan NSW.
A typical day will be working on the assembly line, using hand and power tools, to assemble sub-assemblies, roller brake testers, assisting the production team, the duties will include however not limited to:
- Assembly of sub-assemblies, and the integration of roller brake testers, including the completion of paperwork issued with each job.
- Welding and minor fabrication of hydraulic pipes on acles, minor painting, and ancillary duties.
- Calibrations and testing must be carried out in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards and in line with internal Quality systems.
- To produce and complete the allocated job within the estimated and designated hours.
- Will be responsible for the housekeeping and cleanliness of your designed workplace and workshop in general to 5S Standard.
**The Right Person**
To be considered for this unique opportunity, you require:
- Relevant Trade Qualification.
- 2-5 years’ experience in a mechanical fitter/assembler role.
- Mechanical and technical skills
- Able to use hand and power tools such as ratchets, drills, and spanners.
