THE ROLE
The Project Officer role supports the Tenancy and Property team to provide a range of services and support to meet the needs of clients in public housing in a holistic, integrated manner.
The role will assisting with managing projects that aim to drive reform, improve service delivery and business processes, support people and practice and analyse performance and data.
The Project Officer will also develop and deliver reports, briefs, and project documents to key stakeholders, senior management and senior executives.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Contribute to the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including:

- Assisting in research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.
- Supporting the development and delivery of projects or sub-projects and their successful delivery and completion within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.
- Contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.
- Where responsible for overseeing, monitoring or delivering projects, ensure they are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in providing advice to stakeholders and assisting in the preparation and presentation of reports, ministerial briefs.
