With a network of branches across WA, QLD, NSW & VIC Corefleet has become a supplier of choice in the provision of light commercial vehicle rental, lease, including set-up and maintenance, for the mining, oil and gas and civil construction sectors.

Responsible for providing administration support and assistance to our Fleet Services Department.

The key responsibilities are as follows:

- Administer all quoting requests from the branch network, key account & business development teams to assist with the management of response times.
- Seek external supplier quotes in support of leasing services.
- Create, up-date & finalise fleet leasing quotations as required.
- Create, up-date & finalise rental fleet capex requests as required.
- Administer the vehicle capex process including compilation & distribution of supporting documents for authorisation.
- Certificate in Business Studies/Administration is desirable
- Considerable experience working in a similar role with either asset acquisition or complex quoting requirements is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to learn and understand the products and services of the business
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a quality service to meet customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel
