**Areas of accountability**
- Development and maintenance of constructive customer relationships, both domestic and international
- Research and respond to customer enquiries - with support from our Technical Team
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. This requires liaison with other departments such as Purchasing, Production and Warehouse
- Provision of quotations for new and existing customers

**Skills and experience**
- Ideally, although not essential, you will have customer service experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Equally important will be advanced time management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office and Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP)
- Experience with domestic and export shipping documentation including Shippers Letter of Instruction, Consignment Notes and working knowledge of INCO Terms would be advantageous, but is not essential.
