**About the Role**

An opportunity exists for a motivated individual to join our Vegetation Team to assist with the development of Council’s framework for asset maintenance processes and systems. This position carried out detailed analysis and reporting of asset maintenance data to drive council’s maintenance planning activities.

**What you will be doing**:

- Develop and review council's maintenance activity plans and procedures.
- Develop and review maintenance schedules and prioritise work orders considering costs, risks, and levels of service.
- Develop and review council's operational plans and procedures, including the establishment of operational objectives and intervention criteria.
- Provide asset information and recommendations to management to assist capital work improvements.
- Carry out detailed analysis of data reports, including highlighting of issues.
- Adhere to council's chain of responsibility requirements as per the policy
- Assist with maintenance of standard operating procedures and processes
- Assist in the delivery of programs and activities.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Bachelors Degree
- White Card - General Construction Induction
- NSW Drivers Licence (Class C)
- First Aid and CPR accreditation
- 5 years of experience in a relevant area of business i.e. management, engineering, building or administration
- Expertise in developing and improving Asset Management techniques and functions with respect to Infrastructure Maintenance
- Knowledge of ISO5000 Asset Management Standards
- Proven experience in the provision of communication and customer service

**Position details**:
Permanent full-time role, S1161 Salary: From $80K + Superannuation
