Trippas White Group is a leading hospitality company that operates a range of venues, including Bar 83, ESQ, Reign, Sydney Opera House, Centennial Homestead, Infinity, Terrace, Botanic House and Megal at Taronga Zoo. We are committed to providing our guests with exceptional experiences and creating lasting memories. We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow and succeed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement individual venue marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for venues including Bar 83, Infinity, ESQ, Reign, Centennial Homestead, Terrace and Botanic House
- Manage the briefing of graphic design, digital, and social media marketing managers to execute campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, including PR agency, and partners to execute campaigns.
- Keeping websites up to date with content and copy
- Managing a calendar of seasonal menus changes
- Work closely with the venue managers to understand their needs and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to execute campaigns.
- Analyse campaign results and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
- Manage marketing budgets for each venue and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast pace to meet tight deadlines.
- Stakeholder management and communication with our venue partners and venue managers
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality or lifestyle marketing and account management
- Strong copywriting skills with experience creating content for a range of mediums.
- Experience managing external agencies, such as PR agencies, and partners.
- An expert at briefing graphic design, digital, and social media marketing managers.
- Ability to analyse data and adjust strategies to achieve business goals.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Asana project management is desirable.
- Experience in working with WordPress is desirable.
- You are a real foodie with knowledge of trends in the restaurant and bar industry.
- You are a creative thinker and have an eye for detail.
