We have an exciting opportunity available to join our team on a full-time permanent basis as a Procurement Specialist.

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for planning, ordering and delivering on time sourced products supporting sales.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring purchase orders are completed to relevant commercial standards, within required time frame and according to inventory policy ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Providing timely and accurate information on product availability, delivery time estimates, purchase order delivery dates, status updates and other general enquiries.
- Daily maintenance of purchasing and inventory parameters.
- International shipment management.
- Support in planning and inventory control activities in accordance with company policy and practice.
- Reporting as required.
- Relevant Bachelor Degree or Certificate qualification.
- Proven experience in procurement, logistics, supply management in the industrial sector.
- Knowledge of stock management, import shipping, customs processes and duties.
- Strong Excel skills.
- SAP experience highly regarded.
