This position is based at Osborne Shipyard in Adelaide, however we can offer flexible work options, including hybrid work arrangements and a 9-day fortnight.

**Key RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Administer and configure T&C tables, hierarchies, and relationships
- Develop and maintain tool templates and sheets
- Manage tool permissions and authorities
- Ensure compliance with security, export, and legal requirements
- Generate tool processes and user guides
- Prepare and distribute T&C program metrics from the tool
- Audit tool data for adherence to program plans and processes
- Train and mentor the T&C team on toolset usage
- Ensure adherence to data standards and policies

**About YOU**:

- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
- Background in a commissioning environment and governing digital tools (highly desirable)
- Experience digital tools, databases, or configuration management systems (highly desirable)
- Shipbuilding and marine systems (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets, reports, structured and compartmentalised documentation.
- Hold a relevant qualification that’s industry recognised.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills to tackle technical challenges across functions.
- Skilled in planning and coordination to keep tasks on track.
- Experienced in computer-based commissioning documentation and work instructions.
