As integral members of our Club's Management Team, our Club Duty Managers are entrusted with upholding the exceptional service standards synonymous with Kings Beach Surf Club. Leveraging their industry expertise, empathy, proactive approach, and professionalism, our Duty Managers play a pivotal role in leading our front-line customer service teams.

While their primary focus is on front-of-house operations, Duty Managers also actively contribute to cultivating a culture of continuous improvement behind the scenes, drawing on their specialized skills. Their influence extends across various facets, including administration, compliance, stock control, marketing, planning, supply chain management, and staff development.

The versatile nature of this role equips our Duty Managers with a well-rounded skill set, positioning them for elevated responsibilities within the Club. Recognising merit, Duty Managers are afforded opportunities to step into senior roles, providing coverage for Senior Club Managers. Moreover, they are encouraged to pursue professional development, unlocking further avenues for progression into senior management roles within our Club and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide on-the-floor operational oversight of customer service processes.

2. Ensure operational compliance with RSA, RSG, WHS, and all Club Policies and Procedures.

3. Actively manage cash and stock pertaining to the commencement and conclusion of each trading day.

4. Implement stringent controls on operational costs, with a focus on staff wages, promotional activities, stock wastage, losses, consumables, equipment operation, cleaning, and general maintenance.

5. Participate in the recruitment, induction, training, development, and performance management of front-line staff.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
