As the Talent & Culture Coordinator, you will support hiring managers across the business and serve as the in-house recruitment expert You will be the primary point of contact for managing end-to-end recruitment, and responsible for delivering professional, efficient and timely service while leveraging technology to its fullest potential. The opportunity exists to also assist with the onboarding, induction of new-starters, offboarding and providing general administration support to the People & Culture Team.
A minimum of 2-3 years’ of experience is required for this role, which is full time and based in our Melbourne office. Hybrid work arrangements are available.
**Skills & Responsibilities**
- Extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements
- Assisting with HR Administration duties, including onboarding/offboarding and induction
**About You**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines
A focus on client service, a high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is required.
