**Revenue Officer**
- **Support the billing and collection activities of our Radiology Service**:

- The Revenue Services Department at Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) is a team committed to working with all stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient management and collection of patient fee revenue. This includes the important roles of providing both internal and external customer support to our staff, clients and funding agencies.
**Your new role**:
- Be responsible for the billing and collection of Patient Fee Revenue
- Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure efficient fee collection activities are maintained
**About you**:
- Understanding of Medicare and Private Health Fund claiming/collection
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- High standard of Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in managing revenue and debt in accordance with KPI’s
