This well-established company continues to grow, as they focus on enhancing commercial landscapes, including creative design and construction, irrigation solutions and artificial surfaces.

An opportunity has opened for up a new Operations Supervisor to manage all field operations for the NSW maintenance division.

**THE ROLE**

This role reports to the Operations Director and is the pivotal link between the client, the Team Leaders and their crews and management to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of this division.

Your scope will include client management, resource scheduling, quoting, ordering of supplies, site meetings, operational reporting, monitoring and supervising staff members.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in landscape maintenance with a proven track record of success in an operations position or a your in a team leader position looking to take the next step in your career
- Knowledge of horticulture gardening, landscaping techniques, plants and irrigation systems
- Strong knowledge of WPS, Safe Work Method Statements, and Risk management to ensure all workplaces are safe
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Possess a high attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Driver’s License, White Card
