Regardless of your gender, age or culture - we are looking for ability, talent and commitment. **About the role.** You will learn and assist your supervisor in the following procedures; - Site preparation, clearing, demolition - Detailed setting out and surveying of construction elements - Drainage principles and installations - Structural works - decks, pergolas, retaining walls - Hard landscaping - concreting, paving, water features, stonemasonry - Soft Landscaping - soil works and soil mediation, planting, fertilising, turfing, mulching / pebble works - Pot installations and sculptural elements **Benefits**: - Above State "Award" Apprentice pay rates - Skills development & career progression opportunities - Supportive workplace culture - Contribute to beautiful, bespoke gardens **Skills & Experience**: - Any previous trade / construction / gardening experience preferable - Punctual, and positive attitude - Good communication skills and time management - Ability to work in a physically demanding role, in common Sydney weather conditions - Current driver’s licence (preferred) - Current WHS "White Card" (preferred) There are no sponsorship options available for this role, you must have full resident working rights to apply.
