**What you'll be doing**
As the Rural & Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the implementation and ongoing expansion of the Rural & Regional Incentive Scheme, alongside workforce planning initiatives including the recruitment of trainees from disadvantaged and marginalised communities. You will play a key role in developing and managing projects designed to attract, recruit, and retain staff within NSW Health Pathology’s Rural & Regional areas.
This position provides expert guidance on a full range of workforce and recruitment activities, working closely with organizational leaders to ensure successful recruitment and retention of Pathology Medical, Scientific, Technical, and support staff across a vast geographical footprint.
- Recent practical work experience in a client focused workforce/recruitment environment with relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, solve problems creatively and achieve business focused HR and Recruitment outcomes.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding environment with a capacity to proactively prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent verbal and written expression, and the ability to interact with various levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing and managing governance processes to achieve compliance and reduce risk.
