**About the Job**
- ProAct Employment Services partners with NDIS Employers/Participants, providing Support Services for Individual NDIS clients who are elderly, suffer mental health, have a disability or are in need of personal care assistance.

Our employers located in Dandenong are seeking Support Workers who are reliable, loyal, enthusiastic, and willing to form a Long-Term relationship with their NDIS clients.

**Job Role **- Individual Support Worker

**Location**: Doncaster, VIC

**Start date**: Start Date - After Inductions and On-Boarding

**Rate per Hour**: $30/hr - ABN

**Shifts**:
Tuesday: 12:00pm to 6:00pm

Wednesday: 8:00am to 3:00pm

Thursday: 12:00pm to 6:00pm

Saturday: 12:00pm to 6:00pm

**Duties: All support worker duties both in-home care and community care**

**Must have experience with Schizophrenic and Autistic Clients.**

Assist Clients with:

- Domestic Care - Mopping, Vacuum, Dishwashing
- Personal Care - Maintenance of Clients Personal Hygiene
- Community Care - Taking Client out to Community to Socialize
- Monitoring clients behaviours
- Medication Administration

**COVID JABS - Double Vaccination Required.**

**Driver’s license and Vehicle needed with Car Insurance.**
