We are an online Auction House with a Retail Store.
We require an Office All Rounder to assist in preparing our weekly online auctions as well as dealing face-to-face with new and existing clients.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Honest and trustworthy who will turn up to work on time.
- Is open to constructive criticism and can work together with an existing team to meet stringent deadlines.
- Isn't afraid to tackle a problem and really give it a go.
- Maintains focus and can work under pressure.
- Can work on tasks from other departments not normally assigned to.

Daily Tasks Include:

- Monitoring of online payment platforms specifically PayPal & Stripe
- Listing new items, managing & updating Auction Software Platform and other online selling platforms
- Updating & Managing Website (Wordpress - No coding required)
- General DSLR Photography & Photo Editing
- Database entry (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Some office cleaning & organization as well as some heavy lifting

Skills required for this role include:

- Basic Photo editing & DSLR photography skills
- Basic knowledge of Postage & Logistics ( Australia Post, Fedex, Star Track & DHL)
- Basic Wordpress Website Management & SEO
- Sound knowledge in Social Media Marketing - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
- Familiar with the Google Workspace - Sheets, Docs etc
- Moderate familiarity with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word etc
- Advanced English written and oral skills

This role would suit someone who is self motivated, able to work diligently on repetitive tasks and after a short period of training can progress on their own without constant supervision.

You will receive training and shown how to do everything though will require someone who isn't shy with technology.

Full time employment (40 hours per week - no weekend hours required).
