**How will I help?**

As a Customer Marketing Operations Manager, you will leverage your exceptional process and documentation skills to enhance new processes and refine existing ones. You will be the key point of contact for prioritising 1:1 campaign between Go-To-Market and Integrated Customer Marketing teams. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth delivery of these campaigns via the outbound channel, while also being the main point of contact for channel partners to maintain an effective and efficient operating rhythm.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Continual Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in work processes, integration, and collaboration. Continuously assess and refine Customer Marketing operational workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Standards and Best Practices: Share standards, best practices, and feedback across Customer Marketing and Outbound Channels to ensure alignment and consistency. Establish and promote guidelines that drive operational excellence.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work seamlessly across departments to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Facilitate communication and cooperation between teams to achieve unified goals.
- Support to Leadership: Provide support to the Outbound Channel Lead. Assist in the strategic planning and execution of Customer Marketing initiatives.
- Campaign Prioritization: Assist and manage prioritisation of Customer Marketing initiatives to facilitate core business objectives. Coordinate with various teams to ensure the most critical campaigns are executed timely and effectively.
- Guidance and Coaching: Assist with guidance and coaching of internal stakeholders and channel partners to foster collaboration and performance excellence in outbound channels.
- Training and Tools: Identify and implement training/tools to enable Customer Marketing Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Vendor Management: Manage external vendors, such as Direct Marketing and SaaS Companies, to ensure smooth workflow. Oversee vendor relationships to guarantee that projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Brand Governance: Collaborate with Brand & Marketing Operations to ensure brand governance is maintained and external vendors leverage the most up-to-date assets. Safeguard brand integrity in all marketing efforts.

**What do I need?**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in outbound channel management or marketing position.
- You're excited about efficiencies and enablement themes.
- You challenge the status quo in your relentless quest for ways to continually improve.
- You thoroughly understand 1:1 marketing, media and creative development to identify areas of improvement.
- Experience in process review, enhancement & enablement themes.
- Strong communication and influence skills.
