**ROLE PURPOSE**

This role is responsible for planning and implementing eCommerce initiatives on platforms/marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Citrus, Facebook, and Google. Develop in-depth knowledge in Performance Media/eCommerce and Paid Search, and you will be responsible for implementing best-in-class digital performance campaigns. The role involves the management of both eCommerce content and media initiatives for Zenith clients. Responsibilities include:

- Creating and implementing effective eCommerce campaigns across platforms/marketplaces (specifically Amazon, Google, Facebook, eBay and CitrusAd) that deliver high-quality results.
- Managing all operational tasks associated with implementation and optimisation, including budget pacing, competitive analysis, administration and finance.
- Managing offshore resources, ensuring tasks are completed to deadline, goals and with 100 % accuracy
- Identifying and implementing optimisations as approved by the client and utilising 3rd party bid management tools.
- Develop audits and scorecards and use data to identify optimisation opportunities, including keyword research, budgeting and making recommendations regarding media and advertising opportunities

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Owns performance process from Activate (Buying & Trafficking) to Convert (Optimisation & Reporting) and works with the eCommerce Director and PGD associate to execute.
- Fluent in the fundamentals of campaign set-up/optimisation and reporting across paid search, Amazon and/or CitrusAd
- Oversees the work of the PGD associate. Communicates with clients on reporting, competitive and creative specs requirements
- Ensures all budget lines of performance campaigns are set up correctly and paced to the goal
- Ensures finance is completed with 100 % accuracy
- Creates a positive relationship with key media/tech partners (Google, Facebook, Cartology and Amazon).
- Forms an effective relationship with the eCommerce Director and works well with other team members
- Files all proformas, MBAs, IOs and media plans.

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Basic/Intermediate excel and Microsoft office skills are a must
- Intermediate to advanced certification of Google Ads (Paid Search). Will undertake Amazon certification within 3 months in the role.
- Contributes to competitive work during new business pitches.

**SOFT SKILLS**
- Presents at Client WIPs and post-analysis meetings. Will also present implementation decks on clients where the Performance Executive has independent charge.
- Comfortable analysing, presenting and manipulating data.
- Have the ability to multitask across different projects/brands with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills. Will present competitive and campaign performance insights internally and from time to time to Clients. Must also frequently communicate and coordinate work between multiple stakeholders for digital projects.
- Trains other resources and works proactively with the eCommerce Director and specialists on campaign deliverables

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 18 months - 3 years experience in a similar role in Performance Media/eCommerce working across paid search as well as either eRetail platforms like CitrusAd or Amazon
- Competent in digital buying fundamentals with strong paid search foundations
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Australian digital media
