This role is a Temporary to permanent role, looking for someone who is immediately available for an Accounts Payable Officer.

**The Role**

In this Accounts Payable Officer position, you will be reporting to the Finance Manager. Duties will include:

- Entering invoices into the accounts payable system.
- Processing payments.
- Filing and maintaining supplier records.
- Checking and verifying invoices.
- Preparing cheques for payment.
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Brilliant organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines.
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritize tasks.
