**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced pool technician that will:

- Service our regular clients pools on a weekly, fortnight or monthly basis by cleaning and servicing equipment to the highest standard,
- Perform routine maintenance repairs on pool filtration systems and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure we can provide the best possible service and advice to our clients,
- Generate add-on sales through your product knowledge and appropriately match products/services to clients needs and build ongoing relationships with them.

You'll be joining an established team that work well together to delight our customers each time they deal with us.

The role is available full-time for the right applicant.

**Skills and experience**

Pool Industry/Pool Technician experience is preferred. Applications from experienced technicians with 2 years minimum in the pool service industry will be favourably considered.

Consideration given to applicants with no pool industry experience with the right skills and personal attributes demonstrated.

Pay rate will reflect the level of experience of the successful applicant.

Detailed knowledge on pool filtration systems as well as balancing of pool water chemistry is ideal.

Have excellent Customer Service skills for dealing with clients in the field.

Ability to self manage and self motivate.
