We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse person to join our Perth branch team. This will be a rewarding role, which forms a central part of our business.

Based at our Canning Vale branch and warehouse facility within an excellent work environment, we are looking for a reliable, proactive, and adaptable individual with experience in warehousing and customer service, possessing a positive attitude and a flexible approach. Within a strong team culture, working as part of the team you are committed to supporting both our employees and customers through our warehouse and supply chain.

Reporting to the Branch Customer Service and Technical Manager, the primary purpose of the Warehouse Store Person and Branch Support role is to provide a quality and professional level of Warehousing functions, whilst providing customer service support that expands to wide range of customers.

**Key Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- The everyday running of the warehouse
- Unloading incoming stock from delivery vehicles and containers
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Picking, packing and dispatch of orders
- Booking transport for local and interstate deliveries
- Loading trucks for delivery
- Safe workplace practices
- Inventory Management
- Assisting with stock counts
- Maintain a safe, clean and tidy warehouse environment
- Support customer service thorough assisting with counter sales, phone queries, order processing and other customer service related tasks where required
- Assisting with technical support activities of Hayward products, including trouble shooting and repairs as required

**To be considered for this role you will possess the following experience and personal qualities**:

- Current WA driver’s license and forklift license are essential
- Related experience in a similar role - 3+ years
- Computer literate, specifically internet and MS Office skills, including Excel and Word, Gmail.
- Strong attitude to working as part of a team and contributing to maintaining a solid team environment is vital.
- Ability to use own initiative and work autonomously, whilst able to take direction
- Reliable and committed to a strong work ethic
- Ability to manage jobs and time efficiently and effectively to meet customer and supply deadlines
- Strong customer service, organization and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude to WHS practices and procedures
