Due to ongoing growth of the business, an exciting opportunity now exists to join our Australian Owned Family Company. A well-established, successful manufacturing business based in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs. The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for
**Accounts Receivable & Debtor Management **but will also experience diversity across all areas of
**financial administration** (Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations and general finance) on a regular basis.

**for, but not limited to the following key tasks**:

- Maintenance and integrity of credit collection process
- Collection calls on existing accounts
- Investigate root causes of overdue debts and improve processes to minimize bad and doubtful debts
- Work closely with operational staff to ensure support with the collection process
- Maintain Aged Debtor Trial Balance
- Daily receipting and reconciliation
- Processing EFT, credit card payment and cheque deposits
- Maintenance of clear and concise computerized notes relating to communications with clients and internal staff
- Daily Invoicing
- Preparation of credit notes and customer refunds
- Preparation of monthly reports as required
- Overdue credit reporting
- General administration duties as required

**About You**
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Sound organization and time management skills
- Team player with ability to work autonomously
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an accounts receivable / debtor management
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literacy
