**About the opportunity**:
As a **Front Office Coordinator**you’ll be benefiting from exceptional development opportunities to take you as far as you want to go;
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
- Supporting the clinical team with the smooth running of the practice

**Who we’re looking for?**
- Available to work Monday to Friday in a brand new clinic
- Available to commence employment from early October 2025
- Previous receptionist experience in a psychology clinic is desirable however not necessary
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and service innovation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen
