As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service department. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and advisors, ensuring that our customers receive superior service every time they visit our dealership.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

- Manage and motivate a team of service technicians and advisors
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor and improve service department efficiency and productivity
- Ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism and resolve any issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry
- Demonstrated track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A passion for cars and automotive technology
- An understanding of dealership operations and processes
- A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Automotive Service Manager: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Vic Roads Roadworthy Licence (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Richmond, VIC 3121: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
