**About the role**

The Victorian Chamber’s International Trade department assists businesses with the preparation and approval of a range of international export documentation such as Certificates of Origin, specialised export documents and ATA Carnets. We’re looking for an Administration Officer who thrives in a busy and varied environment to provide a high level of customer service both over the phone and face to face in issuing these products and services to our clients. This position is responsible for administering the certification process, data entry, generating point of sale invoices and various reports.

**About you**

We are looking for a highly organised individual with a passion for exceptional customer service who also has:

- demonstrated experience in a busy administration position
- the ability to multi-task and adhere to strict guidelines
- the ability to build client rapport as you will be the first point of contact for our clients.
- intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite programs
- any previous work experience or tertiary qualifications in international trade or logistics is highly desirable.
