We're currently seeking Skilled Trade Assistants to join our Commercial Fit Out team, with projects primarily based in Melbourne's CBD and inner eastern suburbs.

About the Role

In this full-time role, you'll support our carpenters and site leaders on high-end commercial fit out projects — including offices, universities, and refurbishments. You'll be given the opportunity to develop new skills, take on varied tasks, and grow into more advanced roles over time.

Responsibilities

  • Assist carpenters and other trades on site
  • Handle tools, materials, and general labour duties
  • Support basic carpentry tasks under supervision
  • Help with deliveries, clean-up, and site organisation
  • Follow instructions and maintain safe work practices
  • Work across a variety of sites and project types

What You'll Need

  • Previous construction or trade assistant experience (Essential)
  • White Card (mandatory)
  • Current driver's licence and own transport (essential)
  • A good attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow direction and work in a team
  • Basic tools
