As part of the Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety group, Blackwoods is Australia’s leading supplier of industrial and safety products. We believe in providing outstanding service to our customers through our passionate teams, on time delivery and quality products.

We are looking for an enthusiastic inbound **Trade Store officer **to join our team high performing trade counter team based in **Portland **to provide an exceptional level of service to all customers.

**Your key responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Face to face customer service, customer requests, sourcing parts, ETA’s on back-orders
- Warehousing (picking/packing/put always, communication with bulk)
- Daily stock replenishment/stock takes
- Handling of money for purchases (cash/card/account)
- Showroom displays, stock rotations
- General housekeeping of both the counter and packing area/organisation/prioritisation

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
