We are currently seeking an experienced Test Lead to join our IT Shared Services team and be accountable for ensuring that the team has the support and expertise required to deliver in line with their area of focus.

**About the opportunity**:
**Key accountabilities**:

- Managing escalations from team members, reviewing work, providing guidance and advice where necessary
- Developing and implementing TIS projects and Initiatives

**About you**:
**To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will possess**:

- Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study
- 5+ years of experience in software testing (functional and non-functional testing), including a minimum of 1 year in a team leadership role
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Demonstrated initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to participate in business improvement activities
- Experience in managing and executing different types of testing (Regression, Performance, UI, Security, User Acceptance, Cross-browser, Integration and Data Migration testing)
- Experience working with Jira
- Experience with test management tools (eg: Zephyr, X-ray, qTest or similar)
- Experience developing and maintaining test strategy, test plan, test cases, test scripts and test reports
- Experience in building, running and maintaining automated testing using tools (eg: Katalon, Playwright, Selenium or similar)
- Experience writing complex SQL queries
- Experience with Postman Testing experience with Power Platform, Sharepoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Desirable)
