As the leader in the retail tech industry, with a surging demand for our AI-powered 3D foot scanning & shoe recommendation solution and a rapidly growing portfolio of clients in Australia and the APAC region, we are seeking a dynamic Success & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Australia, based in our Sydney office. A passionate individual committed to delivering unparalleled customer service and satisfaction to our footwear customers, armed with a rich retail background and a genuine passion for footwear and sports, will be a great fit for our team

**What you' will do**

The primary purpose of the Success & Operations Coordinator is to work closely with the Head of Sales and Operations ANZ and the team in APAC to support our customers in Sydney, to make the best use of our scanners and software and bring their KPI’s to a higher level. This will include liaising with clients, supporting and implementing SafeSize solutions in store and reporting on key deliverables and trends. Together with your customers, you will define success by measuring KPIs and targets and it will be up to you to define an action plan. Key to these success plans is to proactively engage with customers using relevant content.
This role at SafeSize entails:

- Planning, organizing and onboarding new customers (training sessions and coaching visits);
- Implementing SafeSize products in store, while making sure our systems run efficiently;
- Monitoring KPIs of pilots and following these up with store personnel and project owners;
- Setting up and executing plans for target improvement;
- Organizing and performing fitting tests as part of implementations and product development;
- Visiting customers frequently for additional training or problem solving;
- Helping in warehouse/preparation of deliveries by facilitating the delivery of our product through the hardware preparation (use of a forklift to help lift or carry the heavy load of our machines) and software checks ensuring that the products are accurately and efficiently set.

**What you bring**
- A BSc Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales;
- Ideally, you have 2-3 years of working experience in the retail industry, specifically in fashion/ sporting goods;
- Great organizational skills, able to drive many different initiatives with many customers effectively;
- A good level of tech savviness could help you out a lot here;
- The ability to solve multifaceted problems;
- Good expertise and experience using Excel and Microsoft Suite;
- Written communication and presentations skills;
- A hands-on and scale-up attitude with a high degree of enthusiasm and strong service mindset;
- Flexibility when it comes to working hours, such as an occasional weekend (stores are often busiest then);
- Willingness to travel on a frequent basis;
- A valid driving license;
- A valid visa to work in Australia and travel in and out.

- An excellent communicator, fluent in **English **(written and spoken), as you need to deal with different stakeholders, including retailers, staff, project managers, decision makers and of course, your diverse team at SafeSize from around the globe; **Thai or other APAC languages** will be highly appreciated;
- Passionate about sport and retail, with a strong affinity for the footwea
