Role Purpose:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Nighttime Auditor for Crystalbrook Kingsley in Newcastle's CBD.

As the night-time face of the hotel, you'll combine your passion for hospitality with a keen eye for detail, ensuring each guest experience is as seamless as it is memorable. You'll take pride in balancing the books, managing overnight operations and providing calm confidence in the quiet hours.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee nightly hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service at all hours
• Complete end-of-day financial reconciliations and reporting with accuracy
• Support security and safety protocols throughout the hotel overnight
• Assist with guest arrivals, departures and enquiries with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with the broader Front Office and Finance teams to maintain service and accounting excellence

What you can bring:

• Previous hotel front office or night audit experience (Opera or similar PMS preferred)
• Strong numerical accuracy and problem-solving skills
• Confidence to work independently with a calm, guest-focused approach
• A natural communicator with a professional presence
• Flexibility to work across a rotating overnight roster, including weekends and public holidays
• You can balance the requirements of night shifts and are seeking regular shifts across a 7 day Roster.
