National Trust of Australia (Queensland) [NTAQ] is membership-based, environmental charity which offers people the opportunity to feel connected to significant places, collections, and stories. NTAQ manages a diverse portfolio of heritage properties, which includes one of the Gold Coast’s most popular tourist destinations, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. As one of Queensland’s earliest nature-based tourist destinations, the Sanctuary is a physical embodiment of everything the NTAQ represents**:to conserve and advance our natural and cultural heritage for future generations.**

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service to members and handle inquiries
- Maintain and update the membership database with high attention to detail
- Collaborate with teams to improve membership retention and grow the member base

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have relevant experience in a similar role and possess exceptional communication skills, key skills we are looking for include:

- Previous experience in a member-based organisation
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle enquiries and issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for fostering positive member relationships and contributing to a collaborative team
