The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a great team mindset and be comfortable working in a large busy venue.

• Greet all members and guests with a warm, friendly welcome and farewell
• Provide up-to-date information on Club facilities, offers, and promotions
• Promote and process memberships, renewals, and our Aspire Rewards loyalty program
• Manage restaurant and courtesy bus bookings using the booking system
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
• Handle cash, EFTPOS, and membership transactions securely and accurately
• Maintain knowledge of all relevant reception software and systems
• Monitor patron safety and report concerns to management or security
• Support a clean, tidy, and professional reception area
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, anti-money laundering, WH&S, and other Club policies

• A genuine, welcoming personality with a strong customer service focus
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment with attention to detail
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn booking/membership systems
• Cash handling and transaction processing experience
• Professional presentation and reliability
• Knowledge of hospitality or membership-based environments (desirable)
• Current RSA certification
