**Your Opportunity
- Working with the client project lead to create a clear articulation of the business objectives of the project.
- Collaborating with Architects, Delivery Stream Leads, Quality Analysis Lead, Change Lead and Business SMEs to define and/or pivot the scope and timeline of the project where appropriate.
- Managing the overall quality, schedule, and budget for the project by tracking weekly status against the project plan and issuing a weekly status report.
- Management of the project risks, issues process and project change control process. Making adjustments for greater efficiency where possible.
- Understanding client expectations and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Issuing client invoices and overseeing the payments process.

**Your Experience
- Experience leading multiple, complex Salesforce implementations

**Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications including but not limited to: Certified Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder
- Relevant University degree or an industry recognised qualification
