**Powerhouse Museum **Grade 7/8**
The Powerhouse at the intersection of the arts, design, science and technology and plays a critical role in engaging communities with industry and practice. Established in 1881, the museum includes the Powerhouse Ultimo, Powerhouse Castle Hill, Sydney Observatory and will expand to include the museum’s new flagship - Powerhouse Parramatta. The Museum is custodian to over half a million objects of national and international significance and is considered one of the finest and most diverse collections in Australia.
Program Producer, Pacific is an inaugural position which will be responsible for the establishment of the Powerhouse Pacific public programs portfolio. This role will be responsible for the development and delivery of innovative programs, festivals, residencies, and partnerships that represent and celebrate Pacific communities, culture and knowledges, across all sites of the Powerhouse, with a focus on Greater Sydney. This role will be part of the First Nations Directorate and will collaborate closely with the Programs team.
