Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team at Shamim Group to take on a leadership role in delivering high-quality, customer-focused, and profitable operations. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Manager to implement strategies to effectively manage the restaurant, ensure excellent customer service, motivate employees, and maximize profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day leadership to team members, consistently setting high standards for service and fostering an environment that encourages employee engagement.
- Ensure the Subway brand is consistently communicated, with a focus on maximizing the customer experience.
- Deliver superior customer service, both internally and externally.
- Ensure that procedures are followed and adhered to.
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes and strategies to increase sales, reduce wastage, and maintain inventory control.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements to achieve desired goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers, ensuring they provide high-quality products at good prices.
- Actively promote customer loyalty and membership campaigns.
- Regularly monitor customer feedback and take action to resolve any complaints.
- Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed, and supervise the training of employees in food handling and safety.

Qualifications:

- At least 6 Months of experience working in the fast-food industry
- Excellent knowledge of Subway and its products
- Experience managing a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable making decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead by example
- Must be willing to work weekends and evenings when required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
