**Personal Assistant**The Role**:
**As a Personal Assistant to the Group Chief of Staff Asia Pacific, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in time management, and enjoys providing high-level administrative support to a senior leader.**:
**Your New Team**:
You’ll be part of the Office of the Group CEO, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations. The team fosters a collaborative and professional environment where attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are highly valued.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings.
- Assist with document preparation, presentations, and reporting.
- Handle travel and expense management in line with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Support event planning, including workshops and team events.
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to the GCEO when required.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Extensive PA/EA experience.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
