This position will report directory to the Revenue Team Leader, **Key Responsibilities** - Monitor, maintain, and audit the Name and Address Register (NAR) to ensure accuracy and integrity. - Deliver training and guidance on NAR processes and procedures to internal stakeholders. - Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of data management and reporting. - Provide outstanding customer service, with a professional and solutions focused approach. - Communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal formats.
