**The Company**
Our client has been a global leader in the FMCG beverage industry for over 50 years, providing much loved products & service to their extensive client base all over the world. The Australian business has experienced a strong growth period in the last 2 years, due to a high performing product mix and strong operational team to support this. Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing team. With high job flexibility & a hybrid WFH model, we are looking for a motivated professional to join this modern & progressive company.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities include:

- Assisting and supporting the Trade Marketing Manager in the rollout of new products, trade events, POS material, sales collateral, retailer presentations, and any other tasks that require execution.
- Providing support to Team in the way of collateral, imagery, copy, product information, POS development and more.
- Assist in all retailer sampling and consumer experiential activities from inception through to planning, execution and reporting in collaboration with external experiential agency and Sales Team.
- Assisting in the development and update of POS and Print/Digital Collateral catalogue for the Sales team.
- Attending and working at trade events.
- Ensuring all sales team collateral is kept up to date with sufficient stock.
- Assist with the organisation of all sales conferences.

**Preferred Experience**
- Tertiary marketing or relevant qualifications
- 1+ years in marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and positive
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle a broad variety of tasks simultaneously - multi-tasking
