**Position Overview**:

- Full time position
- 8am till 5pm

**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervision: Lead and motivate a small team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

Production Planning: Collaborate with the Purchasing Officer to develop and execute production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
- Quality Control: Monitor production processes to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
- Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and procedures, and promoting a culture of safety awareness.
- Assembling: This is a ‘hands on’ role involving active participation and direct engagement in manufacturing tasks and activities.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
