**The Role**
Some of the key duties of this role are:
- Primary function of the Army Headquarters Command Security Advisor (AHQ CSA) is to ensure that AHQ and its direct command units are conforming to mandated Army, Defence and Whole of Government security policies and practices. This is undertaken through the provision of accurate and timely security advice to both peers, managers and senior leaders.
- Coordination and collation of command report and responses.
- Provision of quality assurance activities, and providing compliance advice.
- Incumbent will require to clearly communicate verbally and in written form with all military and APS levels.
- Utilising appropriate computer systems for drafting reports, returns and briefs.

- manage a multi-faceted workload with changing priorities.

- have a good level of computer literacy.
- have strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- have a minimum of NV1 clearance with capacity to upgrade to NV2 within 12 months of starting.
Cert IV Security or equivalent security qualification is preferred.
