The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

has experience in maintaining confidentiality regarding patient and practice information.

has the ability to work cooperatively and with autonomy.

high attention to detail and must have excellent organizational skills

can show a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.

maintains awareness of current and new legislation to ensure compliance standards are upheld

experienced liaison management with a team of doctors to ensure efficiency and smooth running for the clinic’s daily operations.

**Mandatory Qualifications**:

- Experience with AGPAL accreditation of Medical centres.
- Knowledge of software and medical equipment.
- Accredited training in business or medical practice management/knowledge of medical terminology.
- MS Word and Excel.
- Best Practice Software
- CPR/ Triage Training and / or experience.
- Training and/ or experience in management of emergencies, handling complaints, Medicare & health funds, basic infection control, safe handling & disposal of medical waste etc.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in similar role.
