We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Marketing Advisor to drive strategic initiatives for our Perth office while contributing to national business development and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with strong knowledge of the Perth legal market, who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering impactful marketing and business development initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement business development strategies for the Perth office, working closely with partners to enhance client engagement and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive market positioning efforts, including sponsorships, industry association involvement, and client development initiatives.
- Manage marketing campaigns, publications and client events to strengthen brand visibility.
- Analyse market trends and business data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to national marketing initiatives, including social media, website content, and internal communications.
- Maintain and develop marketing materials relevant to the Perth office.

**About You -**to be successful in this role, you will have:

- 3+ years' experience in business development and marketing within professional services.
- Strong knowledge of the Perth legal market, including client and industry insights.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A high level of attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
- Understanding of the legal services market in Perth and nationally.
