About the role

The Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA) is looking for an experienced, energetic, and professional Head of Certification and Ratings to manage RIAA’s Certification team and program.

The Head, Certification and Ratings leads on content and running of the Responsible Returns website, acts as external spokesperson for the Program and contributes to external communications and collateral to promote the Certification Program. The Head, Certification and Ratings takes a continuous improvement approach, improving systems and processes, to maximise efficiencies, as well as the impact and reach of the Program.

You will have expertise in:

- Successful service delivery experience in extra-financial audit and/or a deep experience in systems checks and processes such as those used in standards and Certification Programs
- working with the finance sector (investment, banking and insurance), including a good understanding of the range of investment products and structures (wholesale versus retail, asset classes, etc.)

You will demonstrate a:

- Commitment to exceptional teamwork and respectful and inclusive work culture
- Professional demeanor that is strong on leadership and management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across the organisation to achieve whole-of-organisation objectives
